WICOMICO POST 64 AMERICAN LEGION
The American Legion is the largest veterans
organization in the world with over 2.8 million veterans. It is comprised of
honorably discharged men and women who served their country on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States. This service was during World War I and II, Korea, Vietnam, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama,
and Persian Gulf Wars. Founded in 1919, the American Legion has touched virtually
every facet of American life, fulfilling its main objective of service to the community, state and nation.

Post 64 is located in Salisbury, MD
at 1109 American Legion Road. This beautiful home is perched on a hillock and
can be seen by travelers driving along U. S. Route 50. American Legion Road is
approximately 1 mile west of the Route 349 and Route 50 intersection.
This Post has over 1,100 members that are dedicated to supporting the leaders of tomorrow through the American Legion Baseball program. These men and women were instrumental in the revival and return of American Legion Baseball to its original home
within Wicomico

and a sense of optimism for the Salisbury American Legion Baseball Program enhancing its survivability and long-term success. The baseball players, coaches, parents, and community are grateful to Wicomico Post 64
for their outstanding support of the baseball program
and for the opportunity provided to Salisbury area young men to fulfill their baseball ambitions and to pursue their goals
in life.
